I enjoy retro video games, and started playing around with PICO-8 in 2020... it's a fun and cozy platform for experimentation where the tight limits on code size (16kB) and resolution (128x128) force me to keep projects small and actually finish them. Most of these games are tweettweet carts (a tiny game in 560 characters of code or less, usually made in a day or two), but a few are deeper games. PICOhaven (a tactical card-based RPG) is the game I've spent the most time developing (several months), and as of Oct 2023 I just released a sequel to it.
Edit: I don't check twitter these days, but I post some "work in progress" on Mastodon @icegoat@mastodon.gamedev.place
